{"id":162,"date":"2024-12-11T17:22:44","date_gmt":"2024-12-11T16:22:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mammacorleone.it\/?p=162"},"modified":"2024-12-11T17:22:44","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T16:22:44","slug":"anchovies-fishballs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mammacorleone.it\/?p=162","title":{"rendered":"Anchovies Fishballs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g of anchovies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp dry bread crumbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g dried raisins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g pine nuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g of grated caciocavallo cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>basil leaves parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml of tomato puree flour to coat the meatballs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>olive oil as required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sunflower oil for frying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepare the sauce by putting the tomato sauce in a casserole, a little olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar and Basil. Let it cook covered over low heat for about 15 minutes. Wash the fish well, clean and fillet and dry thoroughly with a paper towel. Put the fish on a cutting board and chop coarsely with a knife or use scissors. Put everything into a large bowl, combine the fish, egg, the bread crumbs, grated cheese, parsley, the raisins, pine nuts, season with salt and pepper and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Form fishballs large as a ping pong ball and dip, one by one, in flour. Fry the fishballs in a plenty of oil until they are golden brown.
