The Chef, Maria-Pia

Maria-Pia comes from Palermo, and is the mother of 4 children for whom she has always loved cooking. We are very proud to introduce you our lovely chef with her warm smile, who will learn you all her secrets of the real Sicilian cuisine, passed on through generations, like if you are at home.

The Founder, Chiara

She is a chemical engineer and she is passionate about chemical interactions in cooking. She believes in female business aptitude and talent and is proud to be the founder of a cooking class teaming with traditions and culture. She sais: “dream, invent and build an innovative local reality with Davide, brother and Manager, is an incitement to achieve increasing goals”.

The Manager, Davide

The idea to create this experience arises from the need of a return to the origins, felt by an engineer who was born and grew up in Palermo, and now lives in France for work.
In his stay abroad, Davide, the Manager of MammaCorleone, has discovered how much Sicilian Cuisine is appreciated all over the world. Therefore, he has decided to offer tourists the opportunity to learn the recipes that made Sicily famous, not only for its history, but also for its culinary art, full of colors and flavors, which remind us our beautiful land.
